Graham is due to appear in court again on Friday, 23 August.
This time it is not because he was involved in a sit-in in front of the doors of an abortion “clinic” but simply because he was standing on the footpath outside the Salisbury abortion ”clinic”.
The police were called and he was told he had to move on. He explained that he was simply standing on a public footpath and was offering help to people entering that place. When he refused to move he was arrested and charged with disobeying a police direction.
The Police prosecutor has dropped the charges against Graham.
